Mini Chocolate Cakes With Berry Sauce
In Hungary, we call these delicious, soft mini cakes "kuglóf". They are a perfect sweet treat for any occasion ;)

For the cakes
- 130 g flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 130 g erythritol or another natural sweetener
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 140 ml lukewarm almond milk unsweetened
- 2 tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsp water
- 100-150 g chocolate chips vegan
For the berry sauce
- 150 g frozen mixed berries
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Make the chia egg by mixing the chia seeds with water in a little bowl. Set aside.
Mix the flour, the baking powder and cocoa powder together.
Mix the erythritol, the vanilla extract, the almond milk, the oil and the chia eggs.
Add the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Fill the moulds with the mixture.
Bake your mini cakes in a preheated (180 Celsius) oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Melt the frozen berries in a saucepan with the vanilla extract. Continuously stirring it, until it looks liquid.
Pour it on the top of your cakes and enjoy!
