Triple Chocolate Vegan Muffin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups wholegrain flour you can use other flour, but it is healthier
  • 1 bag baking powder
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 0,5 cup cocoa powder you can use carob powder, or add more if you want darker muffins
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 0,5 cup coconut oil
  • 0,5 cup almond milk other plant milks are good too
  • 0,5 cup mixed frozen berries of course they can be raw
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 muffin mold I used silicone
  • 24 pieces muffin paper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder and mix them well.
  • Put the melted oil and the almond milk in the other bowl and mix them as well.
  • Pour the two mixtures together and make it smooth. Then add the chopped chocolate and the berries, and mix them.
  • Scoop the mixture in the mold, add toppings (more berries and chocolate chips). Don’t fill the molds completely, because of the baking powder the muffin will grow big.
  • Bake them for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • If you can resist, wait until it cools down! Enjoy!
