Triple Chocolate Vegan Muffin

It is a dairy and egg free muffin, made with delicious dark chocolate and frozen berries.

- 2 cups wholegrain flour you can use other flour, but it is healthier
- 1 bag baking powder
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 0,5 cup cocoa powder you can use carob powder, or add more if you want darker muffins
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 0,5 cup coconut oil
- 0,5 cup almond milk other plant milks are good too
- 0,5 cup mixed frozen berries of course they can be raw
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 muffin mold I used silicone
- 24 pieces muffin paper
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder and mix them well.
Put the melted oil and the almond milk in the other bowl and mix them as well.
Pour the two mixtures together and make it smooth. Then add the chopped chocolate and the berries, and mix them.
Scoop the mixture in the mold, add toppings (more berries and chocolate chips). Don’t fill the molds completely, because of the baking powder the muffin will grow big.
Bake them for at least 15-20 minutes.
