Healthy lifestyle is so popular nowadays. Everyone in television, magazines or in other media platforms says that you should become healthy. Eat more vegetables, drink more water, exercise a lot – they say. But why is that so important? Why go through all the trouble? It is so much easier to eat what you want, what you desire, or lay front of the TV all day long. Really, you shouldn’t be healthy. Unless…

You would not like to live longer

If you really take it seriously and follow a healthy diet, you can prevent or even reverse illness and diseases. You don’t have to die soon from cancer, heartdisease or diabetes. Of course I can’t make promises but I encourage you to be healthy or at least try to be. Noone died in healthiness…

You would not like to see your children, grandchildren to grow up

Of course if you live longer you will be able to see your children and their children and their children and so on. If you are healthy, you can play with them without pain in your joints. How amazing would it be? 🙂

You would not like to be strong and effective

If you live a healthy life, you will be more active, you will exercise more, so you will be stronger eventually. You could perform better at your work and at home. 😉

You would not like to be happy and cheerful

Just the feeling of eating healthy foods makes you happy! And if you do sports, you work out, it releases endorphins which causes a feel-good state. And that is why you won’t give up!

You would not like to be able to do things that you always dreamed of

Have you always planned to run the marathon? Or climb the Mount Everest? Or even travel the world? You can do these things, if you really want to! Just go for it!

You would not like to say goodbye to pain

No more pain. It sounds good, right? Have you always suffered from headache? Or breathing is hard? It can be reversed. Just stick to your healthy diet, and follow the steps to be healthy.

You would not like to be active and energized

And this way you can reach your goals, you can take care of your family and others. And also a really good feeling to be active!

You would not like to have your dream body

I think I don’t have to explain this. Eat healthy, exercise daily and you will have your dream body. 😉 It is easy like this, but you always come up with excuses, right? “I am too tired to workout, I have lots of things to do, eating healthy is expensive…” These are silly excuses and you know it. Who do you want to fool? You can lie to others, maybe they believe it, but don’t lie to yourself. It is not worth it. So pull your self together!

You would not like to save money, instead of spending it on medicine and treatment

How much do you spend on medicines now? And how much you will in the future? Doesn’t matter where you live, medicines and hospital care/treatment are expensive. Why do you want to spend money on that if you can avoid it? I am not saying that you never will be sick. Cause you probably will. You can still catch the flu or some virus. But your immune system will be stronger, so maybe you won’t be ill so many times as before.

You would like to enjoy life more

In total that is why life was created. To enjoy it. So why would you suffer?

Conclusion

Is that enough reason to live a healthy life? If not, think about that if it is the life you want for your children (or future children)? Go and show a good example for them! Maybe you don’t feel sick right now, maybe the food you are eating doesn’t hurt you, but it doesn’t mean that it won’t in the future. An unhealthy lifestyle will take revenge. Don’t wait for it! Don’t wait for tomorrow, make a change today. 🙂
